Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we no longer have control over its whereabouts. Unfortunately, Kate Hamilton cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and contacting the delivery carrier directly if any issues arise.
Exchanges:
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Simply email us at info@kate-hamilton.co.uk, and our friendly team will assist you with your exchange. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you find the perfect fit and style that makes you feel fabulous. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
At Kate Hamilton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please email us at info@kate-hamilton.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a small restocking fee may apply. Our team will provide all necessary details once your return is processed.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations:
We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your orders quickly at Kate Hamilton, sometimes even on the same day. Because of this, the window for making changes or cancellations is very narrow. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice any errors or wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@kate-hamilton.co.uk. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
